So delicious! I've tried many roasted asparagus recipes and this is by far the best!

I love the taste of the garlic and lemon together. My family loves garlic so we add a bit more than what the recipe calls for. The baking of the asparagus leaves them soft and chewy. Great recipe!!!!

The asparagus shouldn't have been cooked that long unless you like them really limp and the flavor was just off.

Although this is easy, that doesn't make it that great-it is nothing special but quick. I normally love Emeril's recipes for being different and this is very basic.
Fine if you are in a hurry..

I made this yesterday for Easter Dinner. Followed directions exactly and cooked for 15 min. It was a hit and everyone loved it! It fed 30 people and I could have added 1/2 a recipe more so people could have more than just 2-3 spears. Thanks for an easy and healthy recipe Emeril!

I have to start by saying that I adore Chef Emeril. (Who knew? :- But this is a wonderful, incredibly easy way to make asparagus. My son (aged 9 has always loved it, but with this recipe, he was even fighting me for the cold left-over spears! Would that my husband could make the leap. I will make this again and again and again!

This is a wonderful way to prepare asparagus. 20 minutes was a little too long for my asparagus, it turned out on the mushy, limp side. Next time I will cook for less time.
