    I finally found a way to eat asparagus without gagging! This dish is extremely easy, healthy and delicious. My whole family loves it, including two 4-year-olds, so that's saying something!

    I made this side for Mother's Day dinner this year and both my 'rents loved it(my dad isn't a fan of asparagus! Dad commented that even the thicker stalks were tender and good. Try this recipe, it really is a good one! *Think I'll make it again tonight....
