I made this dish for Christmas Eve dinner and it was a hit with both the adults and kids. Great way to cook asparagus.

Made it for parties and just for my husband. So simple and works out well every time. I like it both with and without the lemon at the end. Agree with earlier review that you should just keep an eye on the asparagus at the end; I rarely need a full 20 minutes.

Roasted asparagus is a whole new kind of flavor. This is wonderful.

Great recipe! Next time I'll try to remember the lemon. I would recommend reducing the cooking time- asparagus usually doesn't take more than 10 minutes (maybe 15 if it's super thick. Mine cooked in a little less than 10 minutes and it was perfect. Any longer and it would have been mushy.

I've made this twice and it has gone over very well even with my 9yo dd. I found that I do not need to add as much oil as directed...cut the fat where you can. The garlic flavor it wonderful. I've forgotten to add the lemon both times but don't think it needs it. A great new way to eat our veggies besides the usual old steaming.

I love asparagus- and usually tend to steam it. I found this recipe and made it- and was more than pleasantly surprised. It turned out perfectly!
