    The first time i ever had asparagus was in a 5 star resturant and when i made this recipe i felt like i was there again...very yummy :-

    It could have used more lemon juice. I couldn't taste any. Otherwise it was great. I used as a side dish - no eggs or proscuitto

    Easy and Quick - I mixed the ingredients in a large ziplock bag to take to a dinner party. Easy way to contribute to a dinner.

    We loved the recipe, as did our dinner guests. We added perhaps a quarter more garlic than called for in the recipe, and no one complained.

    This was easy to prepare and the ability to have completed in advance made this a winner.

    great recipe but I would be carful of the cooking time...20 minutes is way too lonf for asparagus. I would also add the fresh grated parmasan chees from Emeril's recipe of Roasted Asparagus with Tasso.

    The origonal recipe is awesome and I will serve it often!
    I also just served the asparagus as a side dish without the eggs & meat. Good stuff!
