The recipe was so easy and so tasty I'll continue to make often! Only mistake, I cooked till 150 & the pork was a little dry. Follow the recipe!! Thanks Emeril!

I am working on my recipe box and I just had to add this one, I cooked this Christmas 2009 and invited my sister and her husband over and they can stop talking about my "amazing pork loin" they always thought my cooking wasn't the greatest but I have a secret weapon now! The food network Channel and my dear Emeril, that made me a great cook by just watching the masters cook and follow their recipes. I love you Food Network!!

Sweet & Savory!! I used a 2 1/4 lb. pork loin, baked at 450 for 40 minutes total, PERFECT!! Did only 1/2 the glaze and it was more than enough (extra chipotles too, we like it hot! Made the rice dish as well, it was good but I would definitely add some more zing to it next time and there will be a next time. Happy cooking to all!! :

LOVED IT!!!! I made this for the first time for company, which is a risky move I must say. It turned out perfectly! Wonderful flavors, and it looked beautiful. I will make again for sure!!

I should start by saying that I was a novice when I decided to make this for Christmas dinner. I had only cooked a little pasta, a little Giada here and there, and then I decided to make this. It really is as wonderful as others have said. Note, we did not have a blender--younguns with a stove is all we are, but with some clever crushing, it all worked out. I also have a new love of chilis in adobo. Make this. Eat this. Enjoy!

I love Chipotle and was very excited to try this recipe. I followed the directions exactly and after five minutes in a 500 degree oven my house was filled with smoke. I reduced the heat to 450 which helped, however the oven still smoked. (and lyes, my oven was clean I thought the pork was tough and the over all results poor. Wondering why everyone else's resulted in FIVE stars.

On a scale of 1-5 I would rate this recipe a 10. The meat is tender, flavorful and delicious and the sauce is outstanding! Great for special occasions, but easy enough to make any night of the week!

Congratulations on a fantastic recipe. Food Network won't allow me to post a 10 star rating. And the raspberry chipotle sauce is outstanding. Thanks for a great recipe Emeril from a life long fan of your shows. We stopped at your Gulfport,MS restaurant last year, but could not eat because the wait was too long and we had our Golden Retriever with us.
