    I made this recipe several months ago. It was wonderful. A hearty meal for the family. I served it with homemade mashed potatoes (gotta love the gravy! and a vegetable.
    This recipe will be used for my family forever.

    This is a delicious way to make a pot roast! The meat is tender and delicious, and the garlic flavor runs throughout the whole roast. I found that I only used about 7 cloves of garlic, and this was perfect for my taste. Excellent!
