Stays moist and chewy. I even overcooked one a bit and the edges were still chewy. PERFECT!!!!! My faveorite cookie recipe.

Let me tell you...best cookie dough I've ever made. Trust me, use all the ingredients even if you are hesitant about the nuts, they make it great!

This cookie cake was very yummy! i think i will just make it as individual cookies for other purposes, though. I love it because it is so versatile and the add ins are so interchangeable. Great Recipe!!

My friends and family always love this cookie...so much that they usually don't even bother to cut it. Everyone just breaks off a piece and keeps eating it! I usually don't use a pan, but rather just form it into the shape I want (circle, heart, rectangle on parchment paper. I often make 2 smaller cakes with the recipe. When I decorate the top with some ready-to-use cake icing everyone thinks this is store bought!
