This is delicious. I didnt do the carrots but did do the risotto and it was fantastic. I used creme fraiche instead of cream at the end and it was truly heavenly. Will definitely make this one again!

this had quite a few steps, but def worth making. my hubby loved it... and he complains every time i make chicken. he says this is fantastic and even took it for leftovers! the kids loved it too. i'll make it again!

It was easy to make and the entire family loved it (that is hard to do. I had to substitute feta cheese because that was what I had at the time, but will try the goat cheese next time.

Tried this the other night...pretty easy and delicious! It took a little longer to cook in the oven than the recipe said but it was fabulous!

This recipe was soooo good and easy! It was easy to make and the herbed goat cheese was delicious; I would use the goat cheese alone to top crackers with. I got nothing but compliments on this recipe. I will definitely make this again.

This chicken dish was extremely easy to make. I have never had chicken that was so tender and juicy before. I think it's because you brown it then finish it off in the oven. It's a perfect meal to impress someone with.
