I just didn't like the flavors together. The chicken was bland with not much taste. Maybe some more seasonings on the chicken before putting in the pain would be good. Just don't think I would bother with this one again.

My husband and I really enjoyed these. They turned out PERFECT. Next time I think I'll layer some gruyere and ham inside...a lazy man's cordon bleu.

Delicious - Marsala wine reduction makes the meal, blends nicely with the goat cheese and figs. For variety try herbs or sundried tomatoes in the goat cheese mixture.

The goat cheese with the chicken is tasty. You could easily adapt this recipe and just change the additions to the goat cheese to change it up.

Relatively easy to make, but there is no recipe on there for the Essence.

I made the chicken as a week day meal and it was easy to prepare. I cheated a little and used some dried spices because I did not have fresh. I also used goat cheese with 3 peppercorns. My chicken breasts were different sizes so for 1 I made a pocket and stuffed the cheese in the pocket, for the other thinner breast I spread it on the entire breast and then rolled the breast. I would serve this to company.

this chicken is great. even though there is no sauce it is not dry at all. i love the goat cheese! fairly simply to make, the most time consuming part is chopping the herbs. My boyfriend and i loved it, will add to our regulars.

Skip the risotto - these are so filling alone, a simple salad or some bread really rounds the meal out well. And, HE cooked them - so they were pretty easy!
