This was pretty easy to make, and soooo good. My husband suggested a toast- I immediately responded with "to Emeril!" I will definately make this again. It was truly wonderful. Thanks, Emeril!

I made this I have 3 kids my husband
and one of my daughters liked it, so
i rated this 2 stars. The chicken was
very moist but to rich to eat, and i
    really like rich food.

This was amazing. So tasty. Didn't have (or have time to make the Essence, so I just added a random mix of cayenne, lawreys, black pepper, and garlic salt to the flour mixture.

    Was wonderful!

I really like how tender and juicy the chicken came out. Next time I think I will use the goat cheese with the herbs already in it, because the herbs don't seem to go very far even after I added more than what the recipe called for. It also needed some salt. My boyfriend added diced sun dried tomatoes and it was delicious.

I liked the way the chicken was coated and stayed so tender. I like the goat cheese but wonder if I should have used more -- on the side -- and melted over the top.

I have tried this recipe a number of times and the chicken always comes out moist, tender, and flavorful!
