    This is like a chocolate truffle on a crust. It's rich and delicious. Don't bother making your own crust, because it's really just a holder for the filling. Just buy a premade crust - even graham cracker or Oreo will do. It's so easy to make that my teenager, who never follows a recipe correctly, can make it.

    During the show Emeril made a Ganache sauce for the pie. However, the recipe does not provide the ingredients nor does it mention it. Is is an error?

    This pie is absolutly scrumptious! Warning, extremely rich, slice in small wedges. Will make many times!

    This is sooo chocolately. It's really good. I think i would be good with icecream. I used brown sugar corn syrup instead of regular. I warn against a graham cracker crust. I tried to use that instead of making one and i don't think they go together!

    This pie is like an instant diagnosis of diabetes. There's so much sugar that it's amazing the body can even survive under such conditions! Not recommended.

    I thought it was going to be hard to make, but deceided to give it a try anyway. It turned out great and tasted excellent. It is my new favorite pie to make.
