This was the first time I've used an ice cream maker. It did take some time to prepare the milk/tea combo and squeeze out all the tea, and I did use premium (read: expensive green tea imported from Japan and organic cream and milk. This quart of ice cream probably cost $15 to make! It's so delicious though. I've had green tea ice cream at Japanese restaurants quite a few times and this is better tasting and that is saying a lot because theirs is always really good. This has to be about 2 million calories and grams of fat, so I'm going to have to ration it!
