    My husband just brought back some quail from his hunting trip. What to do with this bounty? Emeril's recipe for the fried quail was perfect. I marinated the quail for about 24 hrs, and followed his recipe. DECLICIOUS!

    I only tried the recipe for the quail and it was so delicious!!! I have never tried Emeril's Essence spice, but it was so great for the quail. I had farm raised quail so both legs were still attached, but that was no problem, just a little extra meat! This was a very easy recipe and I would recommend this to anyone!!! Can't wait to try some fresh quail when my fiance goes hunting.
