Very tasty; I will make again.I did enjoy the Honey twist. I would of never thought of using honey on a grilled ham & cheese. I will from now on. Perfect for the grandkids

Awesome recipe. Easy to follow and the results were amazing! The bread came out with the perfect crispy / flaky yumminess. I did substitute the cheese in the recipe with swiss and used real ham (instead of the oscar-meyer slices. I also tried the honey version instead of the mustard version, and it really gave the sandwich a different twist. Highly recommended!!

This is a great way to add a twist to a regular ham and cheese sandwich. The honey gives it a distinct flavor!

I personally liked this sandwich alot. My husband, on the other hand, didn't like the sweetness of the honey. But overall, it's really good to be so easy to fix.

Made a brocoli cheese soup and needed a first course. One of the best we've had. Followed the recipe, but added a little more honey....Great.

This is by far the best grilled sandwich I've ever had. The flavors were great and it was very easy to make. I love the combination of the mustard and honey. Wonderful!! Great for the family!!

this was such a good variation on an original. be careful not to use too much mustard as it can overpower. yummy!

This sandwich is delicious, and very simple to make. I usually don't like sweet sandwiches, but the hint of honey melted in my mouth. Great Job Emeril.

Boy, I thought I already knew how to make a grilled ham & cheese sandwich, but these are so much better! Crispy, buttery bread, the unique combination of honey & mustard, the melted cheese over the ham...yum! My kids ate every bit as well.
