Absolutely our favorite artichoke recipe - and we have tried several. I made these for my wife and I and it compared to a 5 star restaurant here locally. Not a difficult recipe and the results are amazing. I did not make the mayonnaise because the grilled flavoring and spices are enough for these tasty apps to stand on their own.

This is a delicious recipe. Everyone whom I have made it for has loved them! The artichokes are so good on their own that the mayonnaise is not even needed (although it is delicious too!.

This dish was so tasty, I'm going to use it with portabellos and other veggies. Add a dash of crushed red pepper for kick. Today, I'll use it with shrimp; can't wait!

This is a fairly easy alternitive way to enjoy this delicious veggie. It's especially easy if other items are being grilled at the same time. I don't always make the mayo to go with it, though it is a great addition if you have the time and energy.

This was a great starter to a huge meal I cooked. I was a alittle weary about the goat cheese, but all of the things combined made for great flavor, and it was fairly simple to make.

These are fantastic! Easy to make and very tasty. The Mayo is very lemony which fit perfectly with the balsamic sweet taste of the artichoke. Highly recommend this!
