I think this recipe would be best if it marinated for only 1 hour. The flavor was quite salty - most likely due to the marinade. It was very good, however, and we will definitely make it again. Be aware - the peanut sauce recipe makes A LOT of sauce!

This was so delicious! Everyone asked for the recipe!! It really was easy too! You can prep everything ahead of time and then just grill when ready!! And the chicken is so tasty, you don't even need the sauce!! Emeril is a genius!!

This was a delicious chicken recipe. Usually my husband says the food is ok but w/this dish, he said it was the best food I ever made. I also made Emerils' eggplant french fries which he loved too. Thanks, Emeril for making me a good cook. God Bless. Katy

This was as acurate as any recipe that I have ever seen. While it took a little bit of prep, like any Asian recipe, it was really worth the time. I am, however, allergic to peanuts, and substituted cashew butter for peanut butter.

I love Thai food and eat out frequently at Thai restaurants. This recipe was just so, so. I don't think I will make this recipe again.

This recipe is excellent. We like to make Thai dishes as often as possible.
My children loved this meal as much as I did. The recipe for the peanut sauce makes a lot, so make a lot of chicken to go along with it. We only did 3 chicken breasts, which was not enough. GREAT RECIPE!

I tried this recipe, the peanut sauce makes too much, I suggest making a half recipe.
I could not find fish sauce, in the peanut sauce i added a little bit of soy sauce.

This was fun to make and absolutely delicioius. The chicken actually doesn't need the satay sauce, which makes a LOT, by the way. I made this for a graduation party and it was a huge hit. I will definitely made the marinated chicken again and again!
