Definately 5 star delicious! What a bonus, to NOT have to peel the shrimp first. Fantastic flavors. Emeril recipes have never let me down.

WOW! I've only made the shrimp part of this meal, but these are the BEST grilled shrimp ever! We can't get enough! I have made it a few times using different combination of herbs (basil works well too, and it's just unbelievably delicious. Works with large shrimp, but if you can find the jumbo ones at a good price they are fantastic! This is truly a KICKED UP recipe!!!

My dad had given me fresh herbs from his garden and I was trying to find something to use them in. I was able to use three of them in this recipe. It was great. I used vegetable broth instead of water in the couscous and it was perfect. Great flavor.

This was the PERFECT.... very Impressive meal! I made this for my Husband and one of his Good Friends - salad and a bottle a wine - FABULOUS! The little extra Marinade was excellent on the top- I should have saved a little more for the top - BUT FABULOUS....

The shrimp was out of this world good. The Couscous was a bit bland. Maybe I should have used more marinate on the pasta or cooked it in chicken stock?

Wow, is this recipe really good. I have to admit that I 'brined' the shrimp first for 30 min., and I also added chopped. fresh ginger....but other than that this is awesome! It was my turn to make the faculty lunch, and I served this with arugala salad and it was a hit! It has been 3 weeks and colleagues are still talking about it.
    Really, really very good.

I followed the recipe to the letter, and this shrimp and couscous dish was fantastic. It's amazing how much flavor comes from the shells. The shrimp flavor was strong enough to stand up to the herbs and garlic. Highly recommend!
