Excellent recipe and mango salsa adds a terrific flavor. For those that do not like spicy food, you might consider replacing the habanero with a less spicy pepper.

Although the recipe did not mention when to add the mango the sauce turned out just perfect. Very unusual but very delicious. Instead of grouper I used Mandarinfish and Tilapia.

My husband and I both thought the mango sauce tasted a little like applesauce. Still it was tasty and I'd probably make it again, but maybe with a flavored vinegar.

Since the recipe didn't say, I decided to add the mangoes at the same time as the sugar, mustard and salt.
