Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Essence
- 2 pounds lamb chops
- Fresh rosemary branches
- Aged balsamic vinegar
Directions
Preheat a grill to medium. In a large baking dish, drizzle olive oil and sprinkle Essence over the lamb chops. Place on the grill, 3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Turn chops over and lay 1 rosemary branch on top of each chop. When at desired temperature, remove from grill and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

The kids hardly ever finish their meat, but they ate it all before touching anything else and the rest of my family really enjoyed these lamb chops as well.
I did have to cook them a bit longer for a medium rare temperature of 145, and that ended up being about 4.5 minutes on each side. My grill "medium" might just be different so perhaps I'll crank it up a bit next time.
