A last minute idea to serve lobster with a big thanks to Emeril for a show stopping lobster recipe that my guests couldn't stop saying enough great things about. Not your ordinary high calorie buttery dish but much much better. I would recommend to anyone who is wanting to impress their guest. (Note: for first timers make sure you don't over cook the lobster. Its hard to tell when its done.

My husband and I are celebrating our 4th Anniversary today and we have made this dish every year! Even when our daughter was just 9 months old, she ate so much I had to stop her so that I could enjoy some! We're smarter this time, we have a babysitter so that we can indulge.
I recommend this meal to anyone who has amorous thoughts in mind.

I'm following a non-dairy diet due to a low grade allergy to milk protein, and we were looking for a lobster recipe that did not call for butter. We also wanted to cook the lobster on our grill. This dish was true easy to prepare and the taste was absolutely delightful! Our guest loved it.

I had bought small lobster tails from the store on sale. I didn't really know what to do with them. I like EASY recipes. I found this one and found that I didn't have TARRAGON. However, I substituted OREGANO and made it anyway. It was AWESOME! My husband and I felt like we were at a restaurant at the ocean! You will really enjoy this one! We'll definitely have it again! GREAT Summer meal that really made me proud as a "cook"!!!
