There's lots of chopping, but once that's done this is a VERY easy dish to make. I sauteed the fish in some of its marinade since I do not have a grill in my NYC apartment. Excellent. I also added some curry powder and paprika to the rice for a little extra flavor and color. Loved it!

A little fishy tasting, but this was due to the fish from the market not being fresh. I think it was frozen prior to being displayed. The Tropical Salsa and Coconut Rice was wonderful. Will make it again, with fresh fish!

My family loved this and it was so easy to prepare. The spicy with the sweet coconut rice was incredible together.

I didn't try the grilled fish part, but I made fish tacos and I used the tropical salsa and the coconut rice in the tacos and it was awesome! I added some shredded coconut to the rice and my husband raved over it. He doesn't like fish much, but now he wants this at least once a week! Thanks!

I served this entree at a Hawaiian themed progressive dinner and everyone loved it. The different flavors blend wonderfully. All the chopping is time consuming but worth it. I made 1 1/2 recipes. Next time I would only do the single 4 servings of the salsa as there was alot leftover. Will definitely make this again.

The marinade and the salsa were teriffic. I even loved the coconut rice. It was a wonderfully healthy meal that even a fish hater would enjoy.
