I'd give the Remoulade Sauce a definite five stars. It's one of the best I've tasted. The overall pizza experience was....ok. Although all the ingredients were great, once put together I found myself picking off the crab and eating it separtely because I didn't care for it with the salmon. But if you like all the seafood this is one to try. The pizza crust is great.

This recipe was a little time consuming but well worth the effort. Being from New England and a seafood lover, this provided me with a great alternative for serving a seafood medley to my guests.
