The asparagus and relish turned out great! I enjoyed the salmon but thought that this seasoning would be better on catfish or cod. Reason being that the salmon has it's own unique taste and the seasoning seemed to clash a little with it. My opinion though-good luck!

This was a real crowd pleaser. We had salmon while on the Oregon coast. The relish made it a 5 star. Wow!

This is a wonderful recipe, and very easy to make. I halved the recipe but was still wonderful, Emeril is a godsend!

we enjoyed this very much. but it seemed like there was too much relish left over. and the prep time was longer than we hoped.

For an Emeril recipe this is very simple :. The components go great together and tastes like summer.
I recommend it highly to anyone.
