This was delicious and easy. I didn't use any fruit or vegetables this time because dinner got started at 8 PM. I served it with roasted sweet potato fries.I think I could have halved the jalapeno butter recipe, there is a lot left over.Defintely will make the recipe with fruit and vegetables next time.

OMG! I always read the ratings before making something and find everyone's opinion helpful. I just started grilling so I need all the help I can get. The combination of these ingredients are amazing! Didn't grill the limes like most people mentioned. I also cranked up the heat by brushing a whole chopped jalepeno, seeds and all. (I'm hispanic Gotta try this recipe, thanks Emeril! Your macaroni recipe rocks!

I took the advice and added more jalapeno to the butter, also reserved a few tablespoons to melt and drizzle over just before serving. I did not bother with the olive oil on the veggies-just brushed with the butter during grilling. Both my husband and I thought this was quite good and will certainly make it again. It is a keeper for us!

I did not like this AT ALL! I love shrimp, I love jalapeno, butter, lime, etc. but all this together was not good at all! Don't bother!

The butter was a little hard to spread while cooking, but I spread it on after they came off the grill and were still warm, and they were delicious!

I served these along with some steak kabobs at a college football party. It was nice to make them in advance and cook them up quickly at halftime. They were awesome!

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I couldn't really taste the Jalapeno butter. And I made a double batch and used A LOT. I was dissapointed because everyone said they like it so much, but it didn't really add all that much flavor. The mango was awesome, and the limes make the kabobs look great. I think next time I will try marinating the shrimp with some garlic for added flavor.

My husband and I absolutely loved this recipe!! We also incorporated chicken into the kabobs as well. The butter is full of flavor and we immediately thought of other food that it would be great on. We highly recommend!!
