Such a great recipe, I got rid of some of the calories & omited the tortilla chips, and the cream. It was just as great!

This recipe has become one of our special menus whenever we have guests. My husband and I especially love the black bean chili, we prepare it more with some white rice than with the grilled tuna. I'll keep this recipe for the rest of my life!

My husband loves fish and seafood. I have never been a fan but need to eat more of it for my health. I seen this recipe on the website and decided to try it. I have been watching foodnetwork since it started. So am a big fan of Emeril. If you have thought about trying this one do it. You will not be disappointed.

First let me tell you I don't like fish. Second this is the best fish recipie I have EVER had. The meat is tender and flakey the spicey beans and cool puree make this a wonderful meal.
