    I am always looking for side dishes that add color and taste contrasts. Emeril has given me one that goes great with Ina's chicken pot pie. I used half again as much apple cider vinegar and a bit less sugar. It was the perfect item to put on the plate next to the chicken pot pie. It is a "Go-To" dish in my recipe book.

    I have been eating venison since I was a little girl and we always made it like my grand mother did, tradition is always good but there is no topping this recipe. My kids wanted me to make it twice in one week and my hubby agreed with them. Emeril has out done himself again.
