    Everyone is entitled to their opinion when it comes to food. For me, this recipe is chock full of good flavors and as long as you don't guess on the measurement of all the listed ingredients, this is a winner. I find that 12 hours is really all the time you need for marinating, and I've marinated the wings (or legs for only 4 hours and it still came out great, as long as you baste often.
