- 1 tablespoon finely chopped yellow onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

This is my new favorite dip! I love it and I also fry up some of my own chips to eat with the dip, by just cutting flour tortillas and frying in oil, then sprinkle with garlic & herbs, or what ever you like. It's fast and so easy, and so good. I will never buy chips or dip at the store again.

This is my favorite guacamole recipe!! - so quick, easy, and delicious. I usually don't even add the onion, as we like our guac extra creamy. Also ~ my daughter, who is kind of a picky eater LOVES this recipe. We gobble it up like candy. :
