This is my new favorite dip! I love it and I also fry up some of my own chips to eat with the dip, by just cutting flour tortillas and frying in oil, then sprinkle with garlic & herbs, or what ever you like. It's fast and so easy, and so good. I will never buy chips or dip at the store again.

This is my favorite guacamole recipe!! - so quick, easy, and delicious. I usually don't even add the onion, as we like our guac extra creamy. Also ~ my daughter, who is kind of a picky eater LOVES this recipe. We gobble it up like candy. :

    Super Easy & Super Yummy.
I used Onion Powder like someone suggested & also tried Garlic Powder because I'm not a huge garlic fan & didn't want pieces of garlic in my mouth.
I added Tomatoes & it tasted awesome.

This was so easy and quick to make, not to mention it is probably the best homemade guacamole I've ever had. All of the ingredients are the perfect amount!

I've been looking for a nice and easy Guac recipe - one that could be made for a quick appetizer - knowing that it doesn't last for a long time - what a wonderful surprise in this one. Thanks Emeril

This guacamole tasted very fresh! The lemon juice contributed to the fresh factor, and made it have a lemony flavor. Keep the pit in the guacamole to have it not brown, and have it last longer.

I love this recipe, it's easy. I used roasted garlic instead of raw garlic, it was a big hit, it still had the goood garlic taste but nobody had to worry about getting bits of garlic in their mouth. I have also tried using onion powder instead of raw onion because i have kids whom refuse to eat onions. I used a teaspoon but you can add or subtract as much as you want, it all depends on your taste.

This recipe is a total crowd pleaser - even my finicky 12 year old nephew loved it! It's so easy and all the ingredients are so healthy; there is simply no down-side to this recipe!!

I made this last night, and as a novice in the kitchen I was very pleased with it - both the ease to make and the taste. My husband loved it and even our company that doesn't generally like guacamole liked it! I will definitely make this again.
