It is so yummy. Very quick to put together. Anyone can do this. I added a little cayenne pepper for some kick.

This recipe is soooo good and easy that I made it two days in a row. I used to live in AZ where the guacamole is excellent. This comes close to what I am missing.

Oh, you New Yorkers......tsk tsk! Being from AZ, so close to Mexico, you NEVER add tomatoes to make authentic guac! This is perfect, Emeril!! Don't change a thing......only "THOSE OTHER GUYS FROM NEW YORK CITY" should add tomatoes. This is the perfect, REAL thing. Very YUM...BAM...YUM!
