    My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. I ask his if it was a keeper and he said YES. The flavors were just right and I will be passing it to others.

    I had found a gumbo recipe before but I must have thrown it away. I searched for another gumbo recipe and came across this one. It was quite tasty but the only thing I saw lacking was the Roux. I made the Roux and added it myself to the receipe. Came out perfect and non-watery.
