Ingredients
- 5 large Delicious apples, finely chopped to approximately 8 cups
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 tablespoons Kosher sweet wine, such as Manishevitz Concord Grape
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to combine well. Refrigerate and serve chilled, in small bowls or cups.

This is the easiest and tastiest charoset...I highly recommend it. A piece of advice though is that I would cut the recipe in half, at least. The measurements provided make an insane amount....
