Love this recipe--i have used the recipes for all three components in other applications as well--i dont stack the puffs i serve them in a white asian spoon with the port reduction on the bottom- very pretty!!!

I chose to prepare this recipie with a sense of adventure. Cream puffs, oh, my! But they sounded and looked SO good. I found it was a very easy recipie to follow and prepare. The end results were very good. And, the result amazed my husband, who is a professional chef.
