Soooo good! I had to add more flour to the recipe and I used dried herbs that I had on hand, but it was a hit with the family.

This recipe was unbelievably SALTY! Do not add 2 teaspoon of salt. One would be fine. Also, it took a lot more flour than listed in the ingredients. For me, it took about 30 minutes for the focaccia to be lightly browned.

This is the easiest and best recipe for focaccia bread I have ever tried. It is ten times better with fresh herbs and cracked sea salt. Everyone loves this recipe, and whoever came up with it I would like to personally think them for making me so popular with the people I feed.

This bread is so good! My family loved it. I cooked it for 18 minutes and it was PERFECT. I used basil on top and it turned out delicious.

This was so easy to make in my Kitchen Aid - no kneading required. I topped this with rosemary and garlic. Be sure to spread it to the recommended height, though, as mine rose a bit too much because I made it too thick.
