My husband and I made this together the first time we had company over after our wedding. It was so easy to make! We just followed the recipe, and it tasted absolutely outstanding!! Our guests could not believe that we made it ourselves. This is a wonderful recipe if you are entertaining or celebrating a special event!

Preparation was simple and the meal was enjoyable, but we felt the dish fell short of the five star rating given by others.

When no one wanted turkey for Thanksgiving last year, I decided to make lamb. I searched through many recipes and settled on this one. I'm glad I did! It was an instant hit. My sister talked about it for over a week. Now, whenever someone mentions lamb, she brings up the lamb and potatoes I made for Thanksgiving. It's going to be the star of this year's Easter meal also. Thanks Emeril and thanks to all of you who reviewed the recipe before I did. Your reviews helped me pick this fantastic recipe for my first leg of lamb. By the way, I marinated the lamb for about 22-24 hours and that seemed to be just right. Hope that helps someone else out there.

Awesoem and unique... I kind of under cooked the lamb but it was still tender and tasty. I hate mustard but loved this dish as the mustard bleds so well with the other ingredients. This is really worth doing and would be a great introduction for anyone hesitant about eating or trying lamb.

We all enjoyed the lamb with the fresh herbs although it took longer to cook than anticipated. I added some sour cream to make a nice sauce at the end. I also added carrots as veggies and we made a nice stew the next day for lunch from the leftovers.

This dish is extrememly flavorful. My wife loves the way the herbs combine with the lamb to make a wonderfully savory taste. You will enjoy! Thanks Emeril!

Kudos to Emeril!! This dish turned out beautifully. I have never made lamb before and only ate it once. I made double for Thanksgiving dinner and everyone raved about this dish. I especially loved the marinade. I will make this again for special occasions.
