This is a wonderful recipe for lamb. I thought it was very easy to prepare and the potatoes came out perfect. It was a very impressive meal.

I made this for my in laws. It was a total hit. I deep fryed the potatoes before I marinaded them and put them with the roast. This helped to cook them good. I also left the roast in the oven for 4 1/2 - 5 hours. It was tender and it fell right off the bone.

Had to modify this recipie due to lack of some ingredients but it came out wonderfully. It was a huge hit with those who ate it.

This recipe works great for a Sirloin Roast. I use it on a 10 pound whole sirloin roast and there are never any left overs. It is best if left for at least 3 days.

The flavor from this marinade is awesome. I have never tasted a better leg of lamb. It is slightly time consuming, in that you must prep the meat the night before you are actually ready to cook it. But you can bet it is well worth the wait.
