    I made my first roasted chicken last weekend, I didn't attempt the winter veggies in this recipe, but the chicken was extremely easy to make and my fiance said it was the best chicken he had ever had!!!! It turned out so tender and juicy and flavorful!!! You have to try it!!!!!!!!

    This chicken is great!! It is so tasty and juicy. My only problem was the olive oil really smoked up the kitchen while roasting. But once it cooked and the smoke cleared we thoroughly enjoyed it. We had no leftovers.
