Ingredients
  • 3 cups picked herbs- any variety you like-stay away from rosemary and too much sage
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped shallots
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
Directions

Chop the herbs as fine as you desire, and then place in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients
