Ingredients
- 3 cups picked herbs- any variety you like-stay away from rosemary and too much sage
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons chopped shallots
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and white pepper to taste
Directions
Chop the herbs as fine as you desire, and then place in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients
