    I was so excited to try this recipe because of the comments and the ingredients I had on hand. Well, I should have never used MALT VINEGAR. Ewww. Other than that, the recipe was great. It's a keeper for sure.

    This is the best salmon recipe I have ever made! Everyone loved it, and I couldn't believe I made something that tasted this good! My husband kept saying how good it was, and that's rare!

    The prep on this is somewhat extensive but it comes out great. The greens (spinach goes really quick so watch it and get them off the heat.

    This is a great recipe! Just don't over cook your warm greens - I had to toss out my first batch but the second time I didn't leave it in too long.
