Good base recipe. Only had sage and basil so I used those - added pepper and used olive oil instead of butter. Was missing something so I added a touch of white balsamic. Came out pretty good.

Used olive oil instead of butter. Had some sage, parsley, and oregano on hand. LOVED IT!

My kids like spaghetti squash but this didn't fly with anyone in the family including the adults. Even with the spices it missed the tasty mark.
FYI: pierce the skin a few times and cook the squash in the microwave to cut the recipe time by more than half.

this recipe is delicious, tweak the herbs, or add spice to suit yourself. sometimes i like to just use a pasta sauce on it.

1st time making- excellent results. Easy to make. Husband loved- his 1st time eating. I used basil and parsley. Will try other herbs next time. Might mix in other veggies next time.

As most people commented on spagetti squash to be bland tasting... the best way to make SPAGETTI SQUASH and to ensure the love of the taste is to bake as directed and make your own homemade spagetti sauce with hamburger or other favorite meat... serve just like you would Spagetti, and truth be told if you do not tell the children they probably wouldn't know the difference !

It was great and super easy. I added peas and duck bacon, took it over the top.
