A lot of work and not much flavor, I may try again. I was hoping for more country flavors. I'll keep looking.

Excellent sausage! Followed the recipe, & it came out perfectly. I never plan on purchasing manufactured breakfast sausage again.

Excellent sausage but needs to be "kicked up a notch" - I plan to add more essence and maybe a little chopped green onion.

SECRET & SHORT CUT TO ANY BREAKFAST FRIED POTATO. I ALWAYS USE RUSSERT (2sO SIMPLE SAUSAGE TO MAKE AND DELICIOUS. MY- POTATOES WASHED , CUBE IT, NOT PEELED, PLACE IT IN A NICE SIZE BOWL AND MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES PER POTATO . THROW IT IN A HOT FRY PAN WITH OIL AND SOME BUTTER GARLIC SALT & PEPPER -COMES OUT TENDER AND CRISPY EVERY TIME. YOU CAN SCALLOP POTATOES AND LAY IT ON A PLATE AND THEN NUKE IT FIVE MINUTERS FOR EACH POTAOTE FRY IT WITH BUTTER OIL GARLIC SALT AND PEPPER .
