I tried this cause my family loves cheese. I never thought I could do this, but, I tried it and my family loves it sooooo much that I am making a batch EVERY week. For added flavor,after it has drained, I add about 2-3 Tbls. milk and about 1/4 cup cooked/crumbled bacon. YUMMY
