    I had a whole chicken and I wasn't quite sure what I was going to do with it. I looked on the web site and found this recipe. I can't believe how simple it was and how fast. I had everything I needed right in my pantry. The mashed potatoes were a wonderful change from the same old thing. I will be making this again.
