EASY...YUMMY!!! Whole family (6-60 loved this dinner.Served it with the sweet potatos and glazed carrots, roasted aspargus & warm dinner rolls. The drippings from the chicken made an excellent sauce over the chicken.

WOW! Very Easy and fast! Great flavor. Tried to leave the cream out of the Potatoes, but so much better with it. Used Chicken breasts and drumsticks - cooked 10 min less, absolutely great!

Only made the chicken but it was delicious. Used a cut up chicken and basically followed the directions the same way. Quick and easy and fabulous.

I made the chicken using boneless/skinless breasts. I browned them for 7 minutes on each side with a little salt/pepper and then put the honey butter over the top and baked at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Very good. Sweet potatoes were excellent.

Tried this recipe on 4 Hot Tires golfers and they ate it all. Some of the comments were: "this is the best chicken I've ever had!" Easy to follow directions and the results were fantastic. Kudos to my buddy Emeril!!

This sounded like it would be simple and delish and it certainly was, minus the super dry chicken. I drizzled olive oil on at the end to help bring it back. Probably won't be making this again.

My 7 year old said it was her favorite chicken recipe ever! Hubby loved it also. It's sweet so make sure you're in the mood. Didn't try the potatoes.

As someone who recently burned her hand in a freak speghetti accident, this receipe is REALLY easy to make and it received RAVE reviews this weekend. I didn't even use a whole chicken. I found frozen chicken breasts when we were cleaning out the freezer. Some on the bone-which we normally use for barbequeing-but it's been so freakin's hot this summer-never happened. Some already de-boned. It was about the weight recommended on the receipe. I cooked it about 5 minuets longer on and put the heat about ten degrees higher for those 5 minuets. My family does not have an adventurous palete, so I was nervous about the sweet potatoes. They were so easy to make and went well with the chicken. They loved them , too. As my family was devouring the chicken, they were marveling about how I could make something so "fancy" and not get hurt.
