I make this recipe everywhere I go! I think it's a really good recipe. The texture of the wings being fried then baked is right on point!! When I make it for kids I make the sauce a little more sweet than spicy and I use ranch dressing for the dipping!!

These wings are quite simply, delicious. Oftentimes, hot wings tend to sacrifice flavor for hotness. Not the case with this recipe. There is a keep-going-back-for-more addictiveness to the sweet and spicy sauce. Additionally, the flash frying + baking has a way of trapping in all the juiciness of the chicken, so they are not at all dry like some other baked wings. We made them when we hosted a gathering at home, and people kept asking where we ordered the wings from! Needless to say, we're holding onto this recipe :

These wings were great. My husband and I really enjoyed them. I made a batch for my friends during a basketball game and it was a big hit. I will continue to make tthese again and again.

i made them for a get together with some friends and they were amazing. It was a little skeptical to try honey and spicy but it was delicious.I am a major fan of wings and this recipe tops any other recipe that i've ever tried.
