I used to try a lot of wing recipies but this is the best one I've tasted. I served them for a New Year's Eve party and they were a hit. I fried the wings a day before, and froze them overnight. So all I had to do was bake them right before the guest arrived. Highly recommend this recipe.

Great recipe, we gave some to our neighbor and she said they were the best wings ever and asked us for the recipe a week later!

you definitely need to use a deep fat fryer.Otherwise it takes a long time to fry wings in a large pan...because you can only fry in small batches otherwise the oil temp drops.Plus you still have to bake them so it is time consuming.Overall the wings flavor is great and the skin is crisp and delicious because of the baking after frying method. They are not hot enough for me so next time ill use more hot sauce.

Very easy to make - rivals any wings I've eaten - not too hot, not too sweet. You can always adjust the ingredients if you like it hotter. I plan on making this often. The sauce would be great on drumsticks, or chicken nuggets - similar taste to orange chicken.
