Very good !!! I loved it with roast beef and corned beef sandwiches. Even though I love horseradish, the flavor was mild enough that I spread it on a turkey sandwich and also on a hamburger that I added blue cheese to and it gave the burger a totally different taste. Definitely a keeper especially for company because it was sooo easy to make and it kept well in the refridgerator.
