I made this without the liquor, but I know that it would be even better with it! It was very simple, fast, and tastes as rich and sinful as any cocoa drink I have had in a restaurant or chocolate bar. Definitely worth the (significant) calories once in a while!
this is one of the best hot chocolates I have tasted
I have been making this hot chocolate for a couple of years. It is the most requested drink durning the winter months. Thanks Emeril.
