I have been bringing this to every Super Bowl party I attend since 2002 and it always disappears. Someone always asks for the recipe

Love this dip--always thinking of new ways to use it. I agree with mmmm--needs just a little bit of bam; we add a splash of cayenne pepper sauce. Cutting kernels off corn is easy with a sharp knife. Thanks Emeril!

I added about a quarter pound of bacon the second time I made it. Even better!!

I have only made this recipe with frozen corn and it is still excellent! I serve it at Thanksgiving and Christmas as well as the last four Superbowls! The trick is to really cook the corn until it's golden and almost "popping". Try it-it's to die four!

I made this dip for my book club meeting and it was a BIG HIT. The recipe was requested by everyone in attendance. The only problem - no leftovers at the end of the meeting! I think I will add this to my Thanksgiving dinner menu.
The only thing I may do different next time is try frozen corn - slicing kernels from the cob was a messy job. Has anyone tried it with frozen corn?

Unique and delicious. Everytime I serve it, it gets scarfed down. Yum.

A friend made this for a party and served it with Sun Chips. It was so good that a group of us "hovered" over the plate until it was gone! We all looked at each other wondering who was going to lick the plate first! I can't wait to make it for our card party this weekend!

    Thanks Emeril
